A Condensed History of Beer

So, I’m back. Unless you’re not seeing this, in which case I’m somehow stranded in New Jersey, and sorry!
Of course, I was actually writing this on November 5. Which, where I come from, is also known as Bonfire Night. I miss it. Mostly, I miss the toffee. I should try and make it one of these years.
One of the things I’ve realized is so many cultures have fireworks nights. In the U.S. it’s July 4th to celebrate the establishment of the country. In China, they let them off on the lunar New Year. In England, it’s November 5th and celebrates…some guy trying to blow up the houses of Parliament. In Greece, there isn’t a firework left in the country on Easter Monday…specifically, fireworks happen at midnight Easter Saturday into Sunday.
