03/12/24: Timeout

I’m on vacation in Ithaca. It’s spring break at the college and I decided to get out of town and visit old friends.

Honestly, it’s simultaneously familiar and a little weird. Friday games club still exists (though I didn’t make it up to campus for it) and the same folks are playing Shadowfist on Monday nights. Some of us got together on Saturday and spent a few hours playing board games. It really felt like old times.

But then there is all the development. There are so many new buildings in Ithaca and so many of them high. Ithaca is much more vertical city now.

Anyway, I’m relaxing and enjoying my quiet time between hanging out with friends. Hope y’all are doing well.
