Capacity: one
In Greek, there are two words for "utopia", one of which means "the good place" and the other of which means "the place that cannot be". Perfect isn't good, after all. It doesn't even exist.
My ex and I had matching plaid flannel onesies. Sometimes she would oversleep and miss her bus, and I'd begrudgingly drive her into the city for work. She always smelled like roses. I could never give her what she wanted.
Tonight I'm mourning all the poems that I write in my head in the shower, that I forget by the time I'm out and dry. The shower is my favorite place to do spoken word these days. Capacity: one (or two if she's lucky).
