Instruments : a purple shirt, and more to come

I'm launching a projet about outdoor gear and I wanted to let you know.

Instruments

Dear friend,

I’m happy to present a personal project I just launched with two longtime friends.

instruments

Instrument is like an independent music label but for outdoor equipment: we work with talented creative friends to release well-made, slightly offbeat objects that try to improve the already wonderful moments we spend outside riding bikes, running on trails, fishing for trout, climbing, camping and whatnot.

Our first release, instrument 0012023, is a merino wool overshirt for when you’re feeling cold-ish that works both on the trail and in more formal environments. You can learn everything about it on our lo-fi website. Facts: the fabric is super beautiful in real life and there are only 100 shirts made.

A violet and green, merino wool overshirt
Purple and forest green, yes.

Now that this shirt is out, we’re working on more instruments:

  • reusable ziplock bags, because the plastic ones are extra useful for packing but way too disposable,

  • trail food, like bars or instant noodles, but made together with a Michelin-starred chef.

Hope you’re well and that you’ll find our project interesting,

—Greg.

P.S. I included you in this initial mailing because I thought you'd be interested in the project and its future development. In case you’re not, the unsubscribe link is right below, I won’t take it personally.
