Tiny Pyramids Play the Music of Sun Ra
Usually when the music of Sun Ra gets performed live, it's by large ensembles who emulate the work of the master as closely as possible. Tiny Pyramids does the opposite, and encapsulates his vision with only three musicians: Tyson Naylor on keyboards, Colin Cowan on bass, and Dan Gaucher on drums. They'll be performing at our Expression Sessions series at Zameen Art House on May 15th.
