Infidels Jazz has been celebrating the music of John Coltrane all month long, with various concerts around the city. The biggest of the bunch will be held on September 27, with tenor saxophonist extraordinaire Ardeshir Pourkeramatic leading and conducting a 17 person string orchestra at the Revue Stage on Granville Island. This is one of the most ambitious Jazz concerts in Vancouver's history, featuring the best musicians our local scene has to offer, and new arrangements written just for this concert.
