Fareed Haque returns to Vancouver for first shows in over 20 years!
On May 21, a new trio featuring three Jazz legends performs in Vancouver for the very first time!
Fareed Haque is one of the most diverse guitarists in contemporary Jazz, known for his critically acclaimed run of albums on Blue Note, his decades of sold out shows with Garaj Mahal, and collaborations with Zakir Hussain, Sting & Joe Zawinul.
Bassist Peter Washington is no stranger to Vancouver audiences, having recently played with Ralph Moore at Jazz at the Bolt. He was a member of Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers, and has worked with Bill Charlap, Andy Bey, Kenny Burrell, and literally dozens of other Jazz luminaries.
Mike Clark is one of the Jazz & Funk worlds greatest living drummers, known for his work on many of Herbie Hancock's biggest albums, and for his long-running tenure with the Headhunters.
On May 21 these three legends will be performing in Vancouver together for the very first time, in a One Night Only concert at the Revue Stage that can't be missed.
In addition, Fareed will be performing with Vancouver's Itamar Erez in a very rare duo concert on May 20th!
