Two-Part Action: Chalk Event & Silent Vigil
Hello again, from the INWCLP!
We continue our efforts to call public attention to the atrocities unfolding in Gaza. Our fellow humans need all of us to do everything we can to keep the pressure on, and to make sure the message is heard loud and clear: Stop Starving Gaza Now!
This time, we are organizing a two-part action:
First Part: Chalk Action
π
Wednesday, August 27th
π 6:00 PM
π Corner of Spokane Falls Blvd & Post St, across from City Hall
We will gather together and then spread out along the sidewalks of River Park, chalking
messages of solidarity and urgency, including our central call: βStop Starving Gaza Now!β
Second Part: Silent Vigil
π
Saturday, August 30th
π 3:00 β 5:00 PM
π Meet at the Federal Building at 3:00 PM
From there, we will go over some guidelines, distribute signs, and walk together to Riverfront
Park for a solemn, silent vigil.
β‘οΈ Posters will be provided to ensure that our message remains unified, focused, and free of
hostile or unrelated personal agendas.
β‘οΈ Our aim is not to provoke conflict, but to hold space for truth, justice, and solidarity with
Gaza.
As always, please come prepared for the weather and mindful of safety. Our collective presence
matters, and together we can amplify the urgency of this call.
Thank you for the work you all do for a more just and peaceful world. We hope to see you at one
or both of these actions.
In solidarity,
INWCLP
