Greetings from the Inland Northwest Coalition for the Liberation of Palestine!
The INWCLP and their partners and co-sponsors are pleased to announce the screening of the second of four films in our Endless Nakba film series. "The First 54 Years: An Abbreviated Manual for Military Occupation" will be shown on Sunday, March 16th, 4:00, at the Magic Lantern on Main Theater, with an after-film discussion/Q&A moderated by Dr. Sean Chabot, EWU Professor of Sociology.
Please join us for this award-winning documentary (Yamagata International Documentary Festival, Torino Film Festival), wherein Israeli filmmaker Avi Mograbi utilizes IDF soldiers' testimonies to expose the history and rationale behind the everyday brutalities and seemingly arbitrary cruelties and humiliations endured by Palestinians under the illegal Israeli occupation. In reality, these conditions are by design, calculated to break the collective spirit of Palestinian communities in the relentless Israeli push to annex their lands.
Admission is FREE; Donations gladly accepted; Reservations highly recommended
