Michelle Shields is a musical tour de force. Her contact are second to none, she juggles responsibilities with amazing organisational skills, and she manages to smile her way through any bump in the road along the way. The again, she grew up surrounded by music so, as Shaun Milne discovers, she was a natural choice to become Artist Programmer at HebCelt Festival.
