A Congregation Meeting will be held after service on Sunday, February 23. This is a way to stay up to date regarding our ministry work together and to find new ways that you can be involved in our work together.

After Church Fellowship Sign Up

If you would like to provide snacks and drinks for after church social time, a new sign up sheet has been posted. You can also team up with someone to host. This social time after service is an opportunity to get to know new people, to reconnect with old friends, and time for mutual encouragement.

Ash Wednesday Service & Soup Supper March 5

Lent is just around the corner. On Wednesday, March 5, we will celebrate Ash Wednesday. Service will start at 7pm. We will also have a soup supper before the service at 6pm. A signup for food and other items is on the bulletin board next to the kitchen door.

Wednesday Evening Lent Series: The Hand of the Lord

Whether tightening a bolt, knitting, or typing on a computer, there is so much that we do with our hands. It is no surprise that mentions of hands appear all over the Bible. The Lord’s hand is referred to over two hundred times in the Old Testament. Surprisingly, specific references to the “hand of the Lord” are not all that frequent in the New Testament. However, it is precisely in the New Testament where the hand of the Lord takes on literal meaning. The One through whom all things were created took on real, literal hands in His incarnation (John 1:1–14). The work of Christ’s hands helps us to see the merciful and personal way that he has come to serve us. Especially in His crucifixion. His hands were pierced for the sins of the world. He takes our self-serving hands and restores them into useful hands to literally use them from him.

Online Bible Study: Lectionary

Wednesday Evening Online Bible Study has resumed. We meet on Zoom Wednesday at 7:00pm. If you need the link to the Zoom meeting please speak with Pastor G. This quarter we will take a closer look at the readings for the upcoming Sunday. The lectionary is a collection of Scripture readings appointed for each Sunday. This structured approach ensures that the breadth of the Bible is covered in a systematic and meaningful way, aligning the readings with the liturgical seasons and significant events in the life of Christ. In this study, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the Biblical texts that shape our worship and discover how these readings weave together the grand narrative of God's redemptive work.

Upcoming Sunday

With important jobs, we understand it is crucial that the person doing that job is well-qualified. Sharing the good news of salvation with others is incredibly important. You might expect that Jesus would give that job to the most qualified. Instead he sends people who have no qualifications. He prepares and equips us to speak on his behalf. he does this by giving us with the gift of holiness. You might think that you are unqualified to share the gospel with those Christ brings into your life. But the Lord qualifies you through his gift, and then he sends you out with good news.

Sunday Morning Bible Study

Explore the Book of Daniel with us and uncover the profound lessons it holds for living a life of faith in a secular world. We will see how Daniel and his friends’ experiences and God’s revelations to them offer timeless insights into God’s enduring faithfulness. Together, we'll learn how to navigate our own lives with trust in God's power and control.
