Morning Bible Study Resumes Jan. 19
Sunday morning Bible study resumes on January 19 at 9:00am. Explore the Book of Daniel with us and uncover the profound lessons it holds for living a life of faith in a secular world. We will see how Daniel and his friends’ experiences and God’s revelations to them offer timeless insights into God’s enduring faithfulness. Together, we'll learn how to navigate our own lives with trust in God's power and control.
Online Bible Study: Lectionary
Wednesday Evening Online Bible Study has resumed. We meet on Zoom Wednesday at 7:00pm. If you need the link to the Zoom meeting please speak with Pastor G. This quarter we will take a closer look at the readings for the upcoming Sunday. The lectionary is a collection of Scripture readings appointed for each Sunday. This structured approach ensures that the breadth of the Bible is covered in a systematic and meaningful way, aligning the readings with the liturgical seasons and significant events in the life of Christ. In this study, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the Biblical texts that shape our worship and discover how these readings weave together the grand narrative of God's redemptive work.
Upcoming Sunday

It is easy for us to assume that if God says “no” to a request, we are getting less than we wanted. However, God always wants more for us than we want from him. Saying “yes” to all our requests would often result in us receiving less joy, less blessing, a lesser life. So, when God says “no” to our request, we can be assured it is because he wants to give us more. Far more than existing as a “help desk” or 911 dispatch, his love for us exceeds all expectation and understanding. In that love, God always delivers more than we ask.
