Ladies Trip to NYC & LWMS Conference

Ladies trip to NYC!! Join us on Saturday October 18th. We will carpool and head to Queens, NY where we will attend the LWMS Conference. It’s a really neat church in NYC so come check it out and listen to a great speaker! After the conference we will head over to Manhattan. Courtney Giovinazzo is a bar tender at a unique place called Pocket Bar. The owner of the Pocket Bar is giving us 10% of everything and donating that 10% to the church! It’ll be a fun day in the Big Apple!! Reach out to Jessica Kegler or Sarah Goetzinger for car pooling details!

Save the Date: Nov 8 - Everyone Outreach

Everyone Outreach kicks off with an interactive 1-day workshop on Saturday, November 8. The workshop lasts from 9am-3pm. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided.

  • This workshop will help us build a culture of outreach in our congregation. Each participant will leave the workshop with sustainable ways to personally help build our congregation’s outreach culture.

  • Sign-up for the workshop on the bulletin board next to the kitchen or by following the link here.

  • Questions? Visit EveryoneOutreach.com or contact Pastor Goetzinger.

  • We encourage every member of our congregation to attend the workshop and participate. Our goal is to have 20 of our members in attendance. In fact, the more members that attend, the more likely it is that we will meet our long range strategic goals.

Birthday Cards for Nick G.

Nick Giovinazzo has a milestone birthday coming up on November 9! Let's celebrate our dear friend's 30th by surprising him with birthday cards delivered via snail mail. If you would like to participate, please send your best wishes to 194 Maple Street, Stow, MA 01775.

Upcoming Sunday

Very little in life happens by chance. Every action has an agent. Every event has a cause.  To navigate life well, we must understand both cause and effect. If you want a healthy heart, you must understand what causes heart disease. If you want peace with God, you need to know what causes that effect. This series takes a look at Jesus’ life and teachings through this lens: cause and effect in God’s kingdom.

Sunday AM Bible Study

What does it mean to live truthfully in a world filled with deception, distraction, and distortion? In his letter to Titus, the Apostle Paul explains that the knowledge of God’s truth always leads to godliness—that what we believe is inseparable from how we live. This Bible study we will walk through the book of Titus to explore how truth shapes every part of life: resisting deception in a permissive culture, practicing self-control and reverence in our homes and congregations, and showing gentleness and goodness in public life. God’s grace in Christ has appeared, saving us and training us for lives that reflect his truth. Join us as we discover how “truth leads to godliness” for Christians today.
