Hey folks, Jason here. So we’ve been hinting at this for a while now, but we put together a video to make it official: beginning June 1, we’re offering a paid subscriber option for the podcast. We lay it all out in the video, but if you’d rather read than watch something (I get it), here are the bullet points:
A subscription costs five bucks a month. For that five bucks, you’ll get a weekly bonus “after show” episode, where Mike and I will further discuss the movies we didn’t get to on that week’s show, more thoughts on those we did, and sidebars on whatever else is on our mind.
YOU WILL ALSO GET a weekly “headlines” post from Mike, with links and videos and more on the historical information he presents in that week’s show.
And YOU WILL ALSO GET at least one weekly bonus written post from Mike or I (or each of us), usually a “First Thoughts On…” piece, diving into a movie we watched for the first time for that week’s show.
That’s five bucks a month. If you want to save some money, you can buy an annual subscription for $50/year.
And if you’re a REAL SUPER-FAN, you can be a “founding member",” where you spend a little more money and we’ll do a bonus episode just for you, talking about any movie you want.
