One small correction

This is a follow-up to the June Frontenac State Park newsletter, which you recently received.

Frontenac State Park was first proposed in 1934, but it wasn’t formally approved till 1957 - 66 years ago, making it one of the oldest parks in the State. But it’s not 160 years old, which we incorrectly stated in a photo caption. Perhaps the gnarly cottonwood but not Frontenac State Park. Our mistake. There will probably be a mini-history lesson in the July newsletter....
