In which the new privacy law is like Solo: A Star Wars Story (no spoilers, I haven't seen it yet)
So sometimes you just do a thing because all of your friends are doing it? And by "your friends", I mean "...some kind of law"? Anyway, you've had a million of these emails today, and here's one more because the EU said so.
Confession time: I've only ever read two books in the EU. Not that one. The Star Wars one. So the way I feel about Solo: A Star Wars Story is kind of how I feel about GDPR. It's a step towards the future and none of us really know what's going on and we've all seen it mentioned a little too frequently over the past few days, but it's here and it's ours and I, for my part, am choosing to roll with it.

If you will excuse me, my movie starts in two hours and I need to find a cape.
