A small move (again)
This is kind of a test.

This one is my fault. When I switched to SubStack, I was aware of one issue with them, but they didn’t use AI scraping and they were free, so I changed anyway. Since then, SubStack has made quite a few decisions that I think are bad, so…here we are! Welcome to Buttondown.

(As a sidebar: moving here was very easy. An actual person helped me. Which I don’t think has EVER happened on a website before.)
Anyway, things will mostly stay the same. Since this is no longer a free account for me, I might have to explore subscription options, but right now I am content to leave things as they are.

ANYWAY, these pictures give you a rough idea of what I have been up to for the past few months. This is a two book year for me, plus I have to write *checks notes* three more of them. Which is a great “problem” to have, but does mean that I might not be traveling much. I’ll still find things to write about, though! Don’t worry.

Yes, many of those things will be Dragon Age, but a lot of them will be about books and writing, too. Thank you for following along as we try to be the best we can given *gestures to everything*.
Titan of the Stars, a “tense YA science fiction horror” where Alien meets the Titanic comes out May 27.
Sky on Fire, a “a fast-paced and thought-provoking queer sci-fi/fantasy” sequel to Aetherbound comes out May 22.
