He studied with Cecil Taylor at Antioch College in the early 1970s where he founded the spiritual Jazz group The Pyramids, which he leads to this day. Host David Mittleman interviewed Ackamoor about his new album "Afro Futuristic Dreams" and his extensive musical history.
