In many cases these can never be heard live in performance, yet they have influenced what we are seeing on stage today. With works from 1959 (Luc Ferrari) to 2009 (Francisco Lopez) plus Alvin Lucier, Pauline Oliveros, Gavin Bryars, Christian Marclay and others in between.
