Mook Gang Generator

2d20 types of baddies

You don't need an exhaustive list of enemies for many games. The small details of a stat block are the easiest things to adjust on the fly. Need a harpy? Take a standard orc or bandit stat block and give it a fly speed. Maybe add a sonic shriek attack using 10+HD as a DC basis. The shriek can do a 1d6 damage or something more interesting like deafening opponents. That's all needed for a OSR style game. For things like Tunnel Goons, it's even simpler.

So instead of a multitude stat blocks, we need some spark tables or generators to help inspire stories. And so we get to the meat of the post. I've partially developed a rules-lite Samurai Jack inspired game. Work is currently stalled because there just aren't enough hours in the day. But I thought I'd share this generator for creating random mook gangs. So roll 2d20 and make some weirdos for a vaguely post-apoc science-fantasy game!
