If you think you might need a restock soon or need to send a (non-gift card) gift to arrive by August 24th, please order by 11:59pm Eastern/UTC-4 on August 4th.

Discover Teas will be on an ordering hiatus between August 4th and August 24th. What does this mean? The website will NOT be shut down during this time, but orders received during this time will not ship until the week of August 26th at the earliest and will be processed in the order in which they are received once they are.

Exception: Digital-only sales such as gift cards and/or chilled tea treats eBooks will continue to be processed as usual during this time.

Orders placed after the hiatus ends will most likely be processed in a 5–7 business day timespan, depending on demand—the Shipping & Fulfillment page will have the most up to date processing times.
