We're 32% of the way there
Hey,
We have 15 days left of our LandExplorer crowdfunder and we've raised £2,605 or 32% of our £8,000 goal. Thank you to everyone who's backed it so far.
If you haven't backed it yet, here's the short version of why it matters.
Land ownership data exists but getting to it has always required expensive software, specialist knowledge, or both, which puts it out of reach for most housing campaigns and community groups.
LandExplorer changes that. Free, searchable, no GIS skills needed. The crowdfunder is how we rebuild it with refreshed data, new features, and a better interface.
There's still time to donate, and here are the great rewards on offer:
✨ £10
A shout out on our socials to say thank you when the campaign closes.
✨ £40

✨ NEW £40
A signed copy of Guy Shrubsole's award-winning The Lie of the Land: a bold investigation into who really cares for the British countryside, and a vision for how communities can fight back to restore our lost landscapes. Posted straight to your door.

Plus your organisation's logo will be added on the new LandExplorer website as a named founding partner.
✨ £600+ (£500+ VAT)
Support our future by signing up to LandExplorer's Solidarity Tier! You'll get a full year's access to every new feature when we relaunch later this year including API access, data exports and access for your organisation. Plus we'll do a tailored walkthrough session for your team so you can hit the ground running. By the end, your team will know exactly how to use LandExplorer to find what you need.
Goal: £8,000 | Closes: 8 July @ noon
If you can't back it financially, sharing it is the next best thing. We’d be so grateful if you sent it to a group chat, posted it on your socials, or forwarded it to one person who might care!
Thank you,
Sara and the DCC team
