[Defense Valley take]
€992m reads big; it is three different things. Tekever's €508m first close is 95% of what startups raised. The other five rounds, four of them Ukrainian, come to €28m between them, one undisclosed. DTCP's €455m is a fund closing its first commitments for Series B and later, money that will go looking for the next Tekever. And Rohde & Schwarz bought twice in one day: satellite communications from a Bundeswehr-university spin-off, waveform design from Dresden. A prime is buying the radio layer. If you build there, your exit just got a name.
