Wrapping Up Tribeca And More
I have a few films left to watch throughout the next week but I’ve wrapped up my on-ground coverage as of this afternoon.
There’s been a lot of things in the news. Many of us were glued to the coverage this week about the Titan. Unfortunately, we found out yesterday that all the lives were lost. Say what you will about their wealth but they leave behind families that will never get to see them again. I’ve seen people make comments about “eat the rich” but we should focus om the fact that this disaster was preventable. When James Cameron is saying you’re in the wrong for dismissing concerns, perhaps we should listen. He’s someone that should know because of his 30-plus dives to the bottom of the ocean. My thoughts and prayers go out to their families at this time as the Titanic takes five more lives.
