Picketing in Solidarity with WGA Chicago
This past week, I joined the picket lines to show my support for the WGA during the WGA Chicago Strike Event at NBC Tower.
The WGA Chicago strike event came together rather quickly and was organized by local WGA strike captains Brett Neveu, Zayd Dohrn, Michael Gilio, and Martín Zimmerman. Minhal Baig, Lilly Wachowski, Bobcat Goldthwait, Tim Kazurinsky, Charles Andrew Gardner, City Council members, and other union leaders were on hand for the press conference. All in all, there were some 800 people on hand to show their support for the WGA Chicago.
