Many Viewing Options for November 4

Good Night Oppy headlines the theatrical releases this weekend while a number of films are now available to watch on streaming.

While Good Night Oppy hits theaters this weekend, Prime Video will start streaming the film on November 23. I honestly recommend seeing it in theaters because of the sound design. Unless you have a really awesome home theater system, home viewing will be unable to replicate the theatrical viewing experience. I left TIFF with the film being my #1 documentary of the year.

Another TIFF film now available for viewing at home is Causeway. The film, starring Jennifer Lawrence and Brian Tyree Henry, is now streaming on Apple TV+. It’s a return to indie roots for the Louisville native and an Oscar-worthy performance. Whether she makes the Best Actress field remains to be determined.
