Leftists Are Showing Their Antisemitism And It Hurts
Leftists are showing their true colors in the days since October 7 and it’s causing Jews to rethink their belonging in such spaces.
I wish I could be writing about movies today. Hell, I still need to write about Progressive Field and Coors Field on Dugout Dirt. I couldn’t even draft a review of Killers of the Flower Moon because my focus has been so terrible. If not for a local film festival, I wouldn’t have seen as many films this week as I did. As for those films, not a single review has been drafted. Wednesday, as you can read below, triggered a depression from learning I have no place in the transgender community anymore. I did not ask, want, or choose to be trans but I also didn’t ask to be vilified solely for my existence as Jew. Hate has no home here.
An article in Tablet, written by Boaz Munro, really spoke to me this week. Another article in The Messenger, by Israel Policy Forum chief policy officer Michael Koplow, did so as well. There should not have to be a litmus test for left-wing spaces in 2023 but Jews are receiving the message loud and clear in that we’re not welcome.
