New E-Book: Dreadful Drabbles
Ever heard of a drabble? It’s a story that’s exactly 100 words long. My newest e-book, Dreadful Drabbles, contains 66 drabbles, all themed to horror. They’re shocking, disturbing, sinister and gruesome. They may be short, but they sure do pack a punch!

To give you a taste of what’s in store, here’s one of my personal favourites. It’s called ‘Comfort at Night’.
A recently widowed Louisa was struggling to adapt to life without her dearly beloved Ray, who had died abruptly at the age of thirty-eight. When lying in bed one night, she felt as if there was a presence there with her; she hoped it was her Ray.
The presence was with her every night without fail and became a source of great comfort for her. She even started talking to it.
Some months later, she felt the sensation of someone cuddling her and kissing the back of her neck. She then heard someone whisper in her ear, ‘I’m not Ray.’

What’s Next?
Terror in Brief: Volume VII will be out soon. Just like my other Terror in Brief e-books, it will contain 200 two-sentence horror stories. I’ve started work on the eighth volume (it’s an addiction, I know) which will most likely be a few months away.
Speaking of Terror in Brief, some of the stories in Dreadful Drabbles are inspired by Terror in Brief stories. I love taking two-sentence horror stories and expanding them, even if I’m only turning them into 100-word stories!
There’s also Sorrow in Brief, which is nearing completion and should be out soon. This e-book will contain 200 two-sentence sadness stories that focus on things like illness, bereavement, bad luck, upsetting situations and general unpleasantness. It’s sure to put you in a good mood!
