June Promotion
Here are the details for a promotion I'm running this month.
My e-book Terror in Brief: Volume II is going to be free from 10-15 June. This is a collection of 200 two-sentence horror stories. From cannibals and psychos to monsters and spirits, the extremely short stories feature all sorts of terror-inducing characters.
Newest Blog Post + Future Blog Posts
My newest blog post is Why I Wrote Not So Caring. It looks at the writing of Not So Caring, an e-book in which I rant about birthdays – yes, I do enjoy ranting!
I've written a few more blog posts. Rather than post them all at once, I'm going to spread them out a bit.
Story Idea: Sim-5. In this blog post, I share my idea for a sci-fi/mystery novel involving a simulation.
How I Write Two-Sentence Horror Stories. I've written 600 two-sentence horror stories so far and have thoroughly enjoyed writing them. This blog post looks at how I write these very short stories.
Why Literature Shouldn't Be Rewritten. I offer my take on the current debate on whether written works should have words/phrases rewritten to suit 'modern' audiences.
This Month I Will…
Publish Presents for Raymond. This is a collection of short horror stories themed to Christmas. There will be five stories:
'Presents for Raymond'. A family leaves a present out for the unborn Raymond every Christmas. When the family's routine changes, weird things start happening...
'Better Be Good'. An unruly brat gets taught a lesson he won't forget by Santa Claus.
'Lights for Company'. A cheating wife has the worst Christmas of her life when her husband discovers her infidelity
'Decorating the Tree'. A woman with OCD notices something odd about her newly decorated Christmas tree
'Meeting Santa Claus'. A well-behaved boy finally gets to meet his beloved Santa Claus.
