Wildfire Relief, Painted Flock paperbacks, and more!
A lot has happened since the last newsletter, so let’s get started!

First of all, June has brought back with it wildfire season. We had lost 4000 acres by early June, and evacuation orders are still going out this week. These fires are mostly raging in Northern Canada and many Indigenous communities are affected.
Author Fern V. Bedek organized an itchio bundle to fundraise money to bring relief to these communities, with 100% of the proceeds being redistributed via the Nii'kinaaganaa Foundation non-profit. You can get 81 games and books (split almost 50-50) for as little as $10.
I’ve contributed Baker Thief, since it is so heavily inspired from Quebec City, and Snowstorm & Overgrowth, which similarly has two stories that draw heavily on Québec.

We finally have paperbacks and hardcovers!
Early this week, I approved a final version of Painted Flock’s paperbacks and hardcovers. The distribution is still trickling in, so it’s not available everywhere yet (notably, Bookshop tends to take a while!) but you can now get your hands on this beautiful blue book <3 I will keep an eye out and update the universal link below as it pops in new places.
To celebrate, here is Laya Rose’s full hardcover art. Including six kitties :3

July 14 is International Non-Binary People’s Day! Sorry France, move over. ;)
There has been two different bundles organized on itchio to celebrate this. The first is ongoing now, and has a two-tier structure: $30 for 40 books, or $40 for 54!
I have Awakenings in the first tier and Flooded Secrets in the second. You can see the full list of books available with their rep in the bundle’s description!
The second bundle is a $30 for 24 books deal and starts on July 14, running through the week. Where the first one was built for non-binary creators, this one focuses on non-binary characters.
I set them side by side and there’s ~4 books overlapping (might have missed some), so you can get both, too!
And that is it from me for now! The last few weeks have been… interesting, and I might have some cool news and interesting changes coming my way soon. But if you want to hear of those as they come, your best bet is to become a free member on Patreon. Thank you, always, for the support <3
