We’re heading into the winter, and we know this time of year can be challenging. Our meetup is here for you, whether you want to be part of our community or simply enjoy some camaraderie. We also want to thank YouTuber Salty Ham for featuring us in their reviews of Remembrance of the Daleks and City of Death. But that’s just the start of our great winter event series! 

We’re holding an in-person member social at Jackalope Coffee in Bridgeport. (Our lead organizer grew up in that neighborhood, and if you ask, he may take you on a tour as you head for our follow-up visit to nearby Tangible Books). For Doctor Who Day, we’re offering a one-time time travel excursion to the heady day of November 23rd, 2013, otherwise known as...The Day of the Doctor. If you need a ramp-up for Chicago TARDIS or just need a break before Thanksgiving, join us on Sunday, November 23rd at 7:00 pm CST via Zoom, for our virtual Day of the Doctor - Deluxe Edition screening. We’ll be kicking off the holidays with our Virtual Member Holiday Social via Zoom on Thursday, December 11th, at 7:00 pm CST. RSVP for Zoom login information via Facebook and Meetup.

We’re kicking off our 20 Years of Tennant celebration by showing David Tennant’s first appearance as the Doctor in our kickoff screening of THE CHRISTMAS INVASION. Join us via Zoom on Sunday, December 21st at 7:00 pm CST. As always, let us know you’re coming via Facebook and Meetup.

(Note: we’re planning our first Patreon-sponsored screening of New Earth in January or February of 2026. We’re in the process of scheduling it, so when we know, you’ll know!)

We’re also kicking off our book club-style discussions of Classic Who with our debut 

Timey Wimey Watch Club on Sunday, January 4th! We encourage people to watch the longer stories on their own (we provide links in our event listings), and you come ready to discuss via Zoom!  Find RSVP information and free viewing links via Facebook and Meetup.

(We’re also planning a potential Big Finish listening party on January 18th. We’re not sure if it will be an afternoon or evening event, but again, we’ll keep you updated!)

We’re also participating in CONSole Room’s 2026 Virtual Convention from January 23rd through 25th. If you want to attend, you can RSVP for free or paid virtual memberships via Eventbrite.
