the juice:

The City of Richmond is hosting a Capital Improvements symposium tonight at Main Street Station from 5:00 - 8:30 pm.

“The event is meant to educate the community and provide information on new and fully-funded CIP projects happening across the city from various departments.”

Attendees will have the opportunity to talk one on one with officials from various departments to discuss capital improvement projects across the city.

One such project is the extension of bike lanes on Patterson Avenue, which would reduce traffic to one lane in each direction and provide a physical barrier separating traffic from cyclists.
