On hiatus ...

Lone wolf visits our game cam

Hello hello lovely subscribers. I am just popping in to let you all know that the newsletter will be on hiatus while I finish this book manuscript and proposal.

Sadly, I am very bad at multitasking, and this particular manuscript, because it is about the deaths of my brothers, and about tunneling my way back to the world from the land of grief, is taking all my concentration to finish.

I will be back eventually! I have things I want to share with you all … but I need to get this done first. Is it like being stalked by the wolf? Or is it like being the wolf? Something to think about …

There are a beloved few of you who are paid subscribers, and I feel enormous guilt every time Stripe notifies me that you’ve paid money for nothing for another month. Buttondown sent me an email last week and said they had added a feature where you can pause or cancel your paid subs, which considering it might be a minute, you might want to take advantage of that.

Here’s the screenshot of the option you should be able to find from the Buttondown unsubscribe interface. If you can’t find it, let me know and I’ll ask the Buttondown people where it is:

Thank you again for subscribing to the newsletter. Knowing you’re all out there rooting for me is a great solace. Here’s hoping I’m back soon!
