September (2025) Monthly Update
Hello everyone, Summer is coming to a close and fall is vast approaching. To say a lot has happened would be a juggling of minds at this point but let’s try to go over as much as possible.
IRL that molds the days
I save these for my monthly supporters but this needs to be address as it affected a lot of momentum. Around the last week of August, I got hit with a heavier depression than usual. Normally it ends up as a spike that dissipates about one to two days later, but this one lasted for almost a week and made me…. best to say bed ridden and out of energy. Combine that with the realization I could use it as a way for caffeine detox and I was OUT for a good while. I don’t think I started really clicking back until doing an event on Thursday (that I’ll explain later).
After that, the ball began to roll once more, my daily intake of caffeine is now halved, as John Wick would say “I’m Thinking I’m Back!”
Art Update
Looks like I’m slowly enhancing my artistic abilities in different ways! Right now I’m working on several things at once but it’s more like getting the ingredients ready for cooking meals for weeks! August was a month that did teach me if I locked in, the things that I can do would be OUTSTANDING. So going to try to do that and combo it with the “two birds, one stone” approach. I hope you look forward to what I’ve been cooking.
Shop Refreshers
So… I have not really been able to keep up with the updates I wanted to for the shop nor a proper etsy store release. It might be til the end of September but I’m hoping to do a release soon.
Streaming and Videos-focused
SHORTS ARE BACK BABY! After getting off my butt and making a new master file, I now can easily make new shorts and going to TRY to do daily uploads. It’s rather easy to do and I have a healthy enough backlog, but it will be a balancing act. I can’t do dailies all the time but going to at least try.
For the streams, we’ll be doing a wrap up of Scuf-Life 2 this Sunday (Sept. 7th), after that will be more art streams and some good old multiplayer streams, but the next Let’s Play is… quite still in the air. Got a giant backlog, might leave it to the Monthly Supporters. But hoping to keep up with the work.
Ebay Drop coming
I’ve been holding out on this but this month I’ll be dropping a lot of stuff onto eBay, stuff including Manga and DVDs. I’ll have a link up soon with the loot. I urge people to take a browse at the very least and see if something interests them.
Server/Tavern Update
Not much has changed with the Discord server but I started a “RefMovie Night,” mostly focus on gathering references from my media library but wanting to share some of the gems and oddities within. Lots of rewinding but still a lot of fun.
Conclusion
It’s hard to believe Autumn is here and yet I feel better than I was back in the Summer! Look forward to more art coming out as more is being worked on. I’m hope you’re excited for what’s coming as much as I am!
