12:30 PM Adult Sunday School: Jeff Kermah will be giving an update on their ministry in Ghana and sharing pictures.

Children Sunday School: Deb Bowen will be teaching children from 3 years on up, in the front Sunday School room.

Church Luncheon: Immediately following our Sunday School. All are invited. Plan to stay for food and fellowship.
Reminder: This Sunday we are asking those with last names beginning with H-Z to please bring a main dish & side dish to serve 12 or so people. If you cannot bring anything, please still join us.
Snacks: All are welcome to bring snacks as they desire.

Catechism Review

Don’t forget to keep up with your Westminster Shorter Catechism (WSC)! We are learning Q&A #52 & 53 this week:

Q. 52. What are the reasons annexed to the second commandment?

A. The reasons annexed to the second commandment are, God’s sovereignty over us, his propriety in us, and the zeal he hath to his own worship.

Q. 53. Which is the third commandment?

A. The third commandment is, Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.

Upcoming Events

February 18th - Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting via Zoom. After a time of reading and discussion, we will spend some time in prayer. Contact Pastor Mark or one of the elders if you would like to receive the weekly Zoom link.

February 26th - Kermahs fly back to Ghana

March 1st - Annual Congregational Meeting - We will meet immediately after the Morning Worship Service. Everyone is invited to attend, although only communicant members may vote.

News and Announcements

Changes to Sunday Lunch - Now in effect.

• 1st Sunday of the Month - Regular Lunch - A-G
• 2nd Sunday - Church provides hotdogs, rolls, and condiments. Feel free to bring your favorite chips, etc.
• 3rd Sunday - Regular Lunch - H-Z families bring food
• 4th Sunday - Church provides hotdogs again
• 5th Sunday - No lunch. A good chance to get together with others.

Presbytery Update

• Charles Tchimou passed his ordination exams and is planning to work in West Africa by the middle of this year.
• Jon Eide gave a report regarding the state of the church in Ukraine amidst the ongoing war.
• Taylor Bradley, a good confessional pastor in Scranton, PA, was nominated to serve on Review of Presbytery Records (RPR) for the next two years.

Special Prayer Requests

• Pray for the Kermahs as they plan to return to Ghana later this month.
