Folkegata and more: new adventures

A while ago, you signed up for receiving news from Folkegata and/or Byverksted. Thank you for your interest.
As you probably remember, Folkegata is a collaboration between Rogaland kunstsenter and Byverksted. We know that many of you are interested in continuing our conversations about the city, and we would love to stay connected and keep on engaging with you.
At the moment, we are looking into possibilities and potentials of further developing Folkegata. Together with you, we want to explore how we can expand debates, and build better platforms that facilitate constructive exchanges of a variety of perspectives and voices.
The next event we would like to draw your attention to, and warmly invite you to participate in, is the Nytorget nedenfra-festival, happening in week 21, May 19 to 25, at Rogaland kunstsenter and in public space at Nytorget. The festival invites citizens to gather, to get to know each other, to explore forms of solidarity, to activate the spaces in-between us, and to reclaim Nytorget as a Commons.
This event is organised by Byverksted in collaboration with neighbours, kaffetrykkeri, Rogaland kunstsenter and many others. Updates will be published at nytorget.no and other platforms.
You are invited to participate in planning the festival: Join us on Tuesday April 22, at 18:00 for the next public planning meeting at Rogaland kunstsenter, Nedre Dalgate 4/Nytorget.
