February 2026: Living in Tokyo - Bryan's Briefing

Hey friend,

it's been another month! I'm now staying one month in Tokyo, and I really like it here. Although I realize, again, that creating a feeling of belonging to a place takes work and effort. Just staying one month here means I want to use my time well, do a lot, see a lot, but one month is not enough, and I've been doing this multiple times in the past 8 months now, sometimes it's a bit exhausting.

🌱 Cool Content I Made

1. Made a first version of a dice game, combining elements of Roguelike games with Yahtzee. You can play it here: dice-jaga.bryanhogan.com
2. I also worked on changing how my Obsidian vault works. I updated the Obsidian Vault template on GitHub, and updated my blog post on it: Obsidian Vault version 2.0
