Make a meal out of your creativity, your writing. Lovingly plan the menu, choose the ingredients, bake and cook and plate and enjoy. Or go into your menu-drawer, pull out something at random and order the first thing that looks good to you. Or even choose to fast, to set aside for another time.
There is nothing wrong with any of these approaches, or anything in-between. There is something wrong with not choosing.
