Today’s Word: Bored
Today’s Mewsing: "I'm bored," King Rabbit said, idly drumming a paw against the edge of their throne.
"How can you be bored, your Majestic Rabbitness?" Rocko replied cheekily. "There's always something new."
"New?" King Rabbit replied, in a tone that said the question was nearly beyond them.
"New," Rocko replied firmly. "To see, to hear, to learn, to experience. To create. The Universe is never the same twice. Why should we expect any part of it to be?"
King Rabbit tapped their paw against their face - thoughtfully now, instead of bored, bored, bored. After a moment, King Rabbit said, in their most thankful voice. "You have helped me relieve my boredom by giving me something new to think about. Thank you most hoppily for your assistance in this matter."
You see, hopping is extremely important to rabbits, being how they get around and away from those who are desiring to invite them to a meal in all the wrong ways, so for a rabbit to indicate that something is 'most hoppily' is to indicate they feel quite passionately about whatever it is.
"Any time, your Majestic Rabbitness!" Rocko jumped down from the chair he'd been sitting on in his best Bast pose as befitted addressing a king, and sauntered off, well pleased with themself.
