New: Easier ad booking on Board Game Beat
Hello!
We've updated, simplified, and fully automated the Board Game Beat advertising booking system.
The biggest changes:
Ad rates now adjust automatically based on how far in advance you book. Publishers who already know their release, crowdfunding, or announcement windows can reserve dates earlier and get the best available rate.
The booking system is now fully automated, so purchasing an ad is faster and easier. Check the calendar, choose your dates, upload your ad if it’s ready, and get an automatically generated invoice in one step. If your ad isn’t ready yet, you can upload it later.
You’ll have access to a personal advertiser portal where you can upload or replace images, update ad details, and manage your placement.
You can see current availability, placements, and rates here.
Board Game Beat launched on January 26 and has grown into an active niche site for people who follow board games closely: serious hobbyists, industry folks, designers, publishers, retailers, reviewers, content creators, and others who want more than quick takes. The site now has more than 180 posts, roughly 25,000 unique visitors per month, and 1,960 members, including close to 300 paid members.
We also continue to take privacy seriously. We don’t track visitors on our site, and we don’t track ad clicks, so if you need a dashboard full of highly specific behavioral data, this is not that. What we can offer is a focused, highly relevant audience that is already coming to Board Game Beat to read about board games.
If Board Game Beat seems like a good fit for something you’re publishing, crowdfunding, releasing, demoing, or otherwise trying to put in front of dedicated board game people, the new system should make it easier to pick a week and book a spot:
