James 1:13-18 Lesson 4 now complete!

Hey everyone! I have just completed and posted James Lesson 4 (see the link below to view and read). Thank you so much for your patience in bearing with me during the long intervals when I’m not posting anything. Feel free to check out other studies on the site in the meantime.

I should mention that I did remove some small topical studies as a matter of priority because I felt they weren’t that important (they were biblically sound but a bit too elementary and, thus, in my own opinion, unnecessary). No worries, I won’t be doing this any more moving forward.

Regarding the James series, certain verses do require a bit more study and explanation, so the time it takes to post a new lesson will vary from the one before and the one after. I also prefer to use a topical approach while going through the book so that I don’t consider this series to be verse-by-verse exclusively. A combination of both means that I will delve a little deeper on certain subjects directly or indirectly related to the verse itself because that allows for people to get a more thorough understanding of basic biblical truth while also understanding the meaning of a particular verse and the book as a whole from which said verse comes.

Just in case there is any concern over whether I will grow bored over teaching through the same book (seeing as how it will take a while to complete), I can assure you that this is and will not be the case. This wonderful epistle written by James, while having a foundational theme, contains many different topics or subjects related to that theme.

So no, lol, I haven’t and won’t grow bored of working on this series while on my way to completing it. It’s fun to teach through various topics/subjects and James contains many of those, so it isn’t as if I’m always writing on the same things (even if, as already said, they are related to the overall theme and structure of the entire epistle).

I hope everyone is doing well and may His grace be with you!
