The Book of the New Sun, Gene Wolfe

Since I’m now part way through the science fantasy epic The Book of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe, I would be remiss not to recommend it. I can’t help but be reminded of the melancholic world of Elden Ring; reading this feels like dipping your feet into that world before it fell into senseless ruination. FSN

PROCJAM, the procedural generation jam, is starting on November 21st. It’s an opportunity to make something that makes something! Without generative AI! FSN

I’ve been playing Mo.co recently. If you’ve missed it, it’s the latest from Supercell. And given Supercell’s willingness to pause, rework and outright cancel games, I’ve been playing it with a weather eye on the horizon, all but certain the game would be disappearing suddenly at some point.
