This week has been an exciting week for me and the club. We’ve been funded for the next coming meetups. The weekend can’t be any better with this great news 😋🤩.

THE WEEK IN REVIEW

The week has been experiencing some sanity in Nigeria’s tech space except the letter from Tesla’s CEO, Elon Musk, to all Tesla’s employees ordering them to return to the office or resign.

Also, most tech companies in Nigeria are following suit as remote job postings in Nigeria are starting to dwindle. I guess mostly as a result of Elon’s action. Copy cats 😫!!!

This essay by Eric Normad would expose the problems with naming and how to work around them. In my addition, thanks to mapping and functors best practices in JavaScript we should always avoid unnecessary naming in JavaScript to start with.

  In my opinion, the best resources you would see on JavaScript on the web.

• Identity in math and how it relates to functional programming
  Most concepts in mathematics are very important to be a better programmer and techies generally, let’s start with how identity relates.

• Resolve the permission problems in your windows
  Sometimes running scripts in Powershell can scream the error “cannot be loaded because scripts are disabled”. This article has all the way to resolve it.
