Yea, that's a retrenchment in Google.
It has always amazed me how Google planned on taking over the Laptop industry. I was never a fan of its Chromebook anyways.

- We reached an agreement 🎉 with the Developer Health Fund to support the club towards ensuring to be the first accessibility-centered Tech community in Africa. What this means is that going forward every member of the club must be accessibility conscious in her activities and our private business likewise.
