U.S. Asks Ukraine for Assistance

President Zelensky confirmed that the United States, Europe, and several Middle Eastern nations have reached out to Ukraine for support in intercepting Iranian Shahed drones. And it appears Kyiv is preparing to step in.

The moment Ukrainian teams bring down the first Shahed drone over the Middle East, the narrative that Trump has spent years constructing—that Ukraine is weak, dependent, and begging for help—begins to collapse.

Because suddenly the picture flips. Ukraine is no longer the country asking for assistance. It becomes the country providing it. Even the most committed MAGA supporters will find it harder to square that reality with the bullying tone Washington has often directed toward Kyiv.
