Good morning

We have one task today, to convince 2 of the remaining Republicans (11 to 10 D’s) on the Judiciary Committee to vote against Todd Blanche for Attorney General.

Our best hopes are Tillis, Cornyn, and Kennedy, all of whom are not running for reelection. Cornyn and Kennedy were primaried by Trump and Tillis is just fed up.

There is also our own “star”, Ashley Moody. Maybe we can frighten her. But at least let her know we are against his confirmation. She is up for election, after all.

Blanche was Trump’s personal attorney before he became Assistant AG. But that didn’t really change his loyalty. He was still Trump’s attorney. And when he became acting AG, still nothing changed.

This can be your script. And you can write to all these senators as members of the Judiciary Committee. Maybe remind them what Trump has done to them
