Hello all. Gosh, the last month has flown by. It’s the 12th December already and our monthly afternoon cinema returns on the 16th of December. We hope to see you there and, if not, a Merry Christmas to you.


Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale Tuesday 16th December at 2pm

Join us at Burntwood Afternoon Cinema for the much-anticipated final chapter of the Downton Abbey saga. It's time to say a fond farewell to the Crawley family and their loyal staff in this emotional and comforting send-off.

After years of following the lives and loves at the great house, this grand finale does exactly what is expected of it, delivering all the stunning costumes, beautiful scenery, and heartfelt drama that fans have come to adore. We try to make our afternoon showings dementia and autism-friendly. Volume levels are reasonable, the room is never completely dark, and there is an interval around halfway through the film.
