Sometimes you just shake your head....
Yesterday I had cause to explore knee-replacement surgery in Nova Scotia. The government of that province offered these statistics:
So roughly one year to see a consultant, and another year for the actual surgery. If you’re our age those are pretty distressing numbers.
Out of idle curiosity I asked people on Strictly Santé France Facebook group how long the wait was between being approved for replacement, and having it done:
Whoa! So what exactly are the French doing that Canada chooses to ignore?
