The Kamala victory story. Exclusive to the Roundup by Annette Niemtzow.
The American people love a story, and, oh my, did Joe Biden and Kamala Harris whip up a good one that may carry us over the finish line.

An aging president with love for his nation is trying to save his country from a would-be dictator. Will he have enough stamina? Will he be well enough? Will he succeed? Democracy is on the line.
The wicked would-be dictator and his villainous followers had been stroking their beards and clenching their fists. Victory was in their sights. They continue their rants and raves that the aging president was unfit.
The aging President faltered in public. More and more, victory seemed to be within the demoniacal would-be dictator’s grasp. He even named a successor who promised to be as evil as the man he vowed to serve.
Then the aging president thought out a plan. He would announce that he was no longer running for president. He would endorse his own successor, his brilliant and charismatic vice president.
No one knew what would happen next. Would the people embrace the successor? Would they rally for Democracy? It turned out the people wanted change. The vice president embodied change. She was a brown woman. She was a woman.
Then it happened. There was a groundswell. The people rose up.
They had been repressed, frightened. Their pent up energy exploded. They started to cheer. They started to smile.
People of all types rose up. Brown women. Brown men. Women. LGBTQ people. Young people. Old people. White people. Hispanic people. People of all backgrounds and religions. The party voters and politicians who traditionally supported the aging president as well.
Laughter was heard again throughout the nation.
They expressed their support for the President and his successor by small but accretive, activism and donations. They provided the vice president with the largest treasury ever raised in one day for her fight against the evil would-be dictator.
The aging president stood side by side with his intended successor “I’m watching you, kid. I love you,“ he said.
“I’m so proud of all you’ve done.”
The cheering continued. 4 months to go. It lasted through Election Day, .. November 5th. The wicked would-be dictator whined and screamed, using unthinkable words in capital letters, words your mothers told you never to use, but there was nothing he could do to stop the cheering, or the smiles.
The Vice President was elected President. The aging president moved to Delaware where he enjoyed a long and healthy retirement surrounded by his loving wife, family and German Shepherds. Yes, the kid visited frequently, from her new home in the White House.
The people and Democracy prospered all through the land.
The people continued to smile.
The Vice President was in Wisconsin yesterday for her first rally as the presumed Democratic nominee for President of the United States.
Folks in Wisconsin had to move the rally to a bigger facility. 3000 lucky supporters were admitted to the West Allis Central High School auditorium.
The song “Freedom” by Beyoncé played as Harris greeted an excited crowd, holding up white and blue signs that read “Kamala” and chanting her name.
Broadly ticking through her policy platform, Harris argued her campaign offers a vision of the future of the country, stressing the need for affordable health care, child care and paid family leave. She also raised issues she’s repeatedly championed throughout Biden’s presidency, including curbing gun violence and safeguarding reproductive access.
“We have to remember the shoulders on which we stand — generations of Americans before us led the fight for freedom. And now, Wisconsin, the baton is in our hands,” Harris said.
(NPR).
As reported in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Wisconsin," she said, addressing the crowd, "this campaign is also about two different visions for our nation: One where we are focused on the future. The other focused on the past."
Touch to check out the crowd size and energy. 👇
Since MAGA cares so much about crowd size, this should be quite chilling to you all.

New York Times Chief White House Correspondent Peter Baker on X.👇
The contrast between Harris's speech and the speeches we've been hearing Biden give all year was striking. At none of the Biden speeches I've covered lately was the case made against the other side this sharply defined and delivered nor has there been this kind of energy.

This afternoon, I arrived back at the Oval Office and sat down with my national security team for my daily intelligence briefing.

Serving as your Commander-in-Chief continues to be the greatest honor of my life.
Biden says he will give his address to the nation from the Oval Office tomorrow at 8 p.m. to outline "what lies ahead and how I will finish the job for the American people."

Let the polls begin.
Especially when they look like this.👇

Gen-Z will pummel Trump. Smile.
Who is the Old Man now?
Trump: the oldest Presidential nominee in American history.
If elected, Donald Trump would be the oldest president in history. Elder abuse.

MAGA dreams of Civil War.
The Ohio state senator who preceded Trump’s running mate in a rally in the buckeye state, George Lang, began with a chant of “fight, fight, fight” and ended with. . .:
"I believe wholeheartedly Donald Trump and Butler County's JD Vance are the last chance to save our country politically. I'm afraid if we lose this one, it's going to take a CIVIL WAR to save the country, and it will be saved."
He later posted on social media that he regretted his “divisive remarks.”
In case you haven’t heard, Kamala is BRAT.
