Today is Election Day in Virginia.

Abby Spanberger says Vote YES. President Obama says Vote YES.

Winning the YES vote today means a greater chance of Winning the House in November.

One more thing.

This is a temporary measure, helping Virginia answer Texas, North Carolina, Missouri, and Ohio which were gerrymandered by the Trump cult.

Voters are being asked whether to amend the Virginia Constitution to allow lawmakers to temporarily redraw congressional districts now (mid-decade) instead of waiting until after the 2030 census.

A YES vote will allow the Virginia General Assembly to create new congressional maps immediately and put those new maps in place for the 2026 elections,
but then return to the normal bipartisan redistricting process after 2030.
